For intense itch or raw, red skin, apply a thin layer of Pro Jelly on top of the moisturiser. This acts like a healing seal to reduce discomfort and prevent scratching. You may also do a wet or dry wrap over affected areas after applying your products. Wraps help calm inflammation, protect healing skin, and boost absorption.

Apply Botanical Balm to areas where redness and itch have improved.This step supports deeper healing of the skin cells beneath the surface — because healed skin is not yet normal skin. It still needs protection and rebuilding to avoid future flares.
