Step 4 · Target · Worst patches only

The patches that need more
than the routine alone.

Botanical Healing Balm is applied on top of the full routine — on the spots that are significantly worse than the rest. Anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, it targets active flares, weeping areas and the patches that will not settle without something more concentrated.

🌿 Anti-bacterial 🛡️ Anti-inflammatory 🎯 Worst patches only 👶 Safe for all ages 🇸🇬 Made in Singapore
What it does

Two active jobs. One concentrated balm. Applied on the spots that need it most.

🦠
Job 1 — Anti-bacterial
Clears bacterial load on broken and weeping skin
Broken eczema skin is vulnerable to bacterial colonisation — particularly Staphylococcus aureus, which drives flare cycles and prevents healing. The Balm's anti-bacterial action reduces bacterial load on the affected patches, giving the skin the environment it needs to close and repair.
✓ Bacterial load reduced · Skin environment cleared · Healing supported
🔥
Job 2 — Anti-inflammatory
Calms the inflammation driving the worst patches
Inflammation is what makes eczema patches red, hot, swollen and painful. The Balm works directly on the inflammatory response at the surface — calming the patches that are too inflamed to respond to the routine alone, and creating the conditions for the Moisturiser and Pro Jelly to work.
✓ Redness reduced · Swelling calmed · Patches settle faster

Why Step 4 is targeted — not all-over
The Balm is concentrated and potent. It is designed for the spots that are actively flaring, weeping or significantly worse than the surrounding skin — not for general application. The Pro Jelly handles the all-over seal and relief. The Balm handles the patches that need more.
What they are saying

Families who used the Balm on their worst patches.

★★★★★

The Balm is what we reach for when the patches flare badly. It calms them down faster than anything else we have tried. We use the full routine for everything, but when something is really bad the Balm on top makes the difference. We always keep a jar in the bathroom.

My son had a patch behind his knee that would not close no matter what we did. We added the Balm on top of the Pro Jelly and it closed within a week. It has been our go-to for the stubborn spots ever since. Also brilliant on bites.

How to use

After the full routine. On the patches only. Every session.

1
Complete Steps 1–3 first
Cleansing Bar → Z-Advanced Moisturiser to damp skin → Z-Advanced Pro Jelly all over. The Balm goes on top of all of this — not instead of any of it. The routine underneath is what rebuilds the barrier. The Balm targets what the routine needs help with.
2
Apply a small amount to the worst patches only
Take a small amount of Balm and apply directly to the patches that are actively flaring, weeping, broken or significantly more inflamed than the surrounding skin. Do not spread it all over — it is concentrated and targeted application is more effective.
🎯 Worst patches only. Not a whole-body moisturiser — a precision spot treatment.
Use every session on active patches — stop when they settle
Apply every session while the patches are actively inflamed or broken. Once they settle and join the general skin condition, the Balm is no longer needed on those areas. It is a situational product — used as needed, not permanently.

Core recovery or aftercare — these are the products families use alongside the Balm.

Step 2 · Rebuild
Z-Advanced Moisturiser
Z-Advanced Moisturiser
Repairs the barrier from within · Applied first
The Balm targets flares. The Moisturiser rebuilds the barrier underneath them. Both are needed — the Balm handles what the Moisturiser cannot reach on its own.
Step 3 · Seal + Relieve
Z-Advanced Pro Jelly
Z-Advanced Pro Jelly
Seals repair in · Relieves itch + redness · All over
Applied all over before the Balm. Handles the general seal and relief — the Balm then handles the patches that need more on top of that.
Step 1 · Cleanse
Gentle Cleansing Bar
Barrier+ Gentle Cleansing Bar
SLS-free · Preserves barrier · Every bath
Standard soaps strip the barrier every wash. The Cleansing Bar removes irritants without stripping — so the skin every other product absorbs into stays intact.
Aftercare · Maintenance · For stable skin after recovery
Barrier+ Hydrating Butter
Barrier+ Hydrating Butter
Daily maintenance · Post-recovery · All ages
Once the skin has stabilised and the Balm is no longer needed daily, the Hydrating Butter takes over — keeping recovered skin soft, hydrated and maintained without the intensity of the recovery routine.
